Nyx was born in Manila, Philippines, but raised most of her life overseas. She was homeschooled and also attended International schools for missionary children. In 2002, she completed her studies via online apprentice programs, and received College Proficiency Certificates in Performing Arts, Journalism, Audio Recording and Productions, Teaching English as a Second Language, and Communication Arts.
